In short: we collect only what you type into the early-access form, use it only to reply to you about StuartAI, never sell it, and delete it whenever you ask. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

The interactive demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you click in it is sent to us.

Who processes it for us

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards in Netlify's data processing agreement, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Our email provider handles messages sent to and from sankofa@aparato.ai.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for automated decisions or profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep form details until you ask us to delete them, or for at most 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. Hosting logs are kept by Netlify for a short period under its own retention rules.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before. Email sankofa@aparato.ai and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. Fonts are served from our own host, so visiting the page does not send your details to font or analytics providers.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
